A professional photographer since 1984, Jeff Bushnell has acquired a reputation as one of the Monterey Peninsula’s top photographers in real estate, event, and the automotive world.

His career in photography began after a lifelong passion and hobby. Having the fundamental knowledge of photography through years of film created the foundation for what Jeff’s photography is known for today – perfectly curated images that convey exactly what the client needs.

His career began on the Monterey Peninsula servicing local restaurants for both their food and architectural photos. From there, he expanded his services to include real estate photography after being recruited by local agents in the Monterey Area. In the last 12 years of real estate photography, Jeff has photographed over 400 homes on the Monterey Peninsula alone – a testament to how local realtors seek out Jeff for their photographic needs.

Jeff is now highly respected and sought-after by many of the Peninsula and Bay Area’s top real estate agents. His work has been widespread and well diversified – with shoots of luxury apartments, suburban homes, rural estates and commercial premises used in advertisements worldwide.

In 2008, Jeff photographed his first Monterey Car Week which has developed into long-lasting partnerships with flagship events such as McCall’s Motorworks Revival, and The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. His photos for those events have been featured on the official event magazines, on posters, and on continuous branding. Many top journalists and publication mediums seek out Jeff’s images to use exclusively from car week, from The New York Times to Autoweek.

2015 offered a proposition to build a studio location which resulted in Jeff venturing out to the world of automotive photography. His attention to detail and creative eye for photos translated well to this sector of photography. Jeff has photographed some of the world’s most coveted and unique vehicles for clients around the globe. He is proud to have one of the only studios on the Monterey Peninsula specifically for automotive imaging.
